SAI and its principals have a wealth of experience in a variety of impact areas domestically and internationally. A selection of impact areas and the projects underway include:
Global Health and HIV/AIDS
Saving a Generation
SAI is working with the Ministry of Health in Swaziland, Nazarene Compassionate Ministries, Inc., Swaziland Nazarene Health Institutions and Raleigh Fitkin Memorial Hospital in Swaziland to develop a coordinated and decentralized health care delivery system that will increase HIV/AIDS testing and provide treatment and counseling in rural areas of the country.

Sister to Sister
Sister to Sister is striving to create a system of economic and social relationships between women of poverty infected by the HIV/AIDS virus and women with resources and access to economic and political influence. The purpose of the project is to enhance and strengthen the quality of life of women who do not possess the resources or information to combat this life ending disease. Sister to Sister includes HIV garden projects and support groups.

Methamphetamine
Eight State Meth Initiative
The COPS Eight State Combat Meth Initiative targets states where the Governor's Office commits to lead a statewide planning and implementation process to combat methamphetamine.

Methamphetamine: The National Summit to Promote Public Health, Partnerships, and Safety for Critically Affected Populations
A facilitated action-planning process sponsored by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) for participating states and communities to develop action plans incorporating evidence-based and culturally appropriate practices and policies to respond to Methamphetamine use among justice-involved individuals, lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) individuals, and women.

Water Supply and Sanitation
Water for a Generation
Water for a Generation is a three-year project to improve water supply, environmental sanitation and hygiene at 12 rural community health clinics of Swaziland National Health Institutions (SNHI) and 3 community garden projects. At each clinic, Bethany First Church (BFC) will support the water harvesting and sanitation components of the project. Nazarene Compassionate Ministries (NCMI), working with the local clinic, school and congregation will provide water for garden projects cared for by support groups of the Home Based Care Task Force of the Church of the Nazarene and funded in part by The Servant Forge.

Youth Development
Kenya Youth Empowerment and Employment Initiative
The Kenya Youth Empowerment and Employment Initiative is a three-year plan that will promote education, job training, job creation and moral development in the support of the goals of Kenya's Vision 2030. The Initiative will be launched with a facilitated Summit in March 2010.
